The plaintiffs, Lincoln National Life Insurance Company (“Lincoln”) and Westinghouse Credit Corporation (“Westinghouse”), have moved the Court to lift the automatic stay imposed by section 362(a) of the Bankruptcy Code, 11 U.S.C. § 362(a), or in the alternative, to provide Lincoln and Westinghouse adequate protection for certain collateral in which they have a security interest.
