This is an action for the specific performance of a contract for the purchase of real estate. The complaint alleges that the Knudtson Land Company is a corporation organized under the laws of Minnesota. In the negotiation of the contract, the Casey Land Company acted as the agent of the plaintiff, and the defendant, O. A. Knudtson, acted as the agent of the defendant corporation.
