*553Max Grief filed his petition in this court praying that the Honorable Fnlton Kegley, judge of the circuit court of Bland county, be prohibited from further proceeding upon a petition filed in said court by the Auditor of Public Accounts,, seeking to have reheard an order made by that court upon the motion of Max Grief correcting an alleged erroneous assessment of mineral land.
