Defendants, Pratt-Farnsworth, Inc.; Hal-mar, Inc.; Associated General Contractors of Louisiana, Inc., New Orleans District; and Associated General Contractors of Louisiana, Inc., At Large District, have moved the Court for dismissal of and, alternatively, for summary judgment in plaintiffs’ suit styled as a class action.
