The controversy which caused us to grant accused’s petition for review arose out of the decision of the hoard of review to affirm a sentence of dismissal. The facts relevant to that dispute deal mostly with the board’s conclusion that the sentence was appropriate. However, to present properly the issue of appropriateness of punishment, it is necessary that we make reference to other facts admitted by accused’s plea of guilty.
