Plaster v. Stutzman

This suit was brought by appel-lee, Stutzman, against appellant, Plaster, O. O. Ballard, and Park Terrace Company, a corporation, to restrain them and each of them from making use of a certain garage erected by appellant, Plaster, on lot 1 in block 5, of a subdivision in the city of Houston known as Park Terrace, situated near to the residence property of appellee.
