Defendant appeals from a judgment of the County Court of Monroe county in plaintiff’s favor for the sum of $600. The action is brought upon a statutory bond given by the defendant under section 82 of the Justice Court Act. Upon stipulation of counsel for the parties, the trial was had before the court without a jury and the judgment appealed from was entered upon the findings of fact and conclusions of law made by the court.
