Judgment, Supreme Court, New York County (Edward J. McLaughlin, J.), rendered January 8, 2014, convicting defendant, after a jury trial, of assault in the second degree, and sentencing him to a term of three years, unanimously modified, as a matter of discretion in the interest of justice, to reduce the sentence to a term of two years, with IV2 years’ postrelease supervision, and otherwise affirmed.
