Plaintiffs, certain children of Alfredo Pelisamen, have brought this action to quiet title to agricultural homestead 143 (Tract 21964) (hereinafter "the homestead"). Procedurally, this aciicn comes before i ;.t court as an aft-ea.. iron, a Determi nai i ci of Ownership of the homestead issued to defendant Nekaifes by the Land Commission. Defendants, jointly, have now moved for summary judgment.
