Steven Beal appeals his convictions following jury trial for one count of first degree murder, section 565.020,1 one count of first degree assault, section 565.050, and two counts of armed criminal action, section 571.015, and concurrent sentences of life imprisonment without parole, life imprisonment, and two twenty-year terms of imprisonment, respectively.
