I. INTRODUCTION

Plaintiff C. Scott Wolt (“Wolt”) has asked this court to disqualify Snow, Christensen' & Martineau (“Snow Christensen”) from representing defendants Sherwood Corporation and Manchester Tank & Equipment Corporation (collectively “Sherwood”) in this case. Snow Christensen previously represented other state court defendants sued by Wolt, including Petrolane Gas Service Limited Partnership (collectively “Petrolane”).
