—Judgment unanimously affirmed. Memorandum: Defendant appeals from a judgment convicting him upon his plea of guilty of criminal mischief in the third degree (Penal Law § 145.05). Defendant was sentenced to five years’ probation upon numerous conditions, one of which requires him to pay $2,366.79 in restitution and surcharges over three years.
