—Order unanimously modified on the law and as modified affirmed without costs in accordance with the following Memorandum: *1030By an insurance policy issued by defendant Unigard Insurance Company (Unigard), the building and contents of plaintiff New Penn Beauty School, owned by plaintiff Joanne Cappelletti (collectively, Cappelletti), were covered for damage to building and contents caused by a peril insured against and for any tuition loss caused by such damage.
