OPINION

{¶ 1} Defendant-appellant, Monica J. Halter, appeals the judgment of the Portage County Municipal Court, Kent Division, denying her Motion to Suppress evidence. For the following reasons, we affirm the decision of the court below.

{¶ 2} On December 28, 2006, at approximately 2:30 a.m., Officer Martin Gilliland of the Kent Police Department was "running radar" on State Route 59 at the Haymaker Parkway.
