The suit, in form to enforce an award of the National Railroad Adjustment Board, was for the compensation claimed to be due and unpaid various railroad agents under the contract made August 1, 1917,1 between the Southern Express Company and the General Committee of the Order of Railroad Telegraphers in behalf of joint railway express agents on the Seaboard Air Line Railway.
