Plaintiff appeals from the grant of summary judgment to defendant regarding plaintiffs claims of negligence, in which it alleged damage to four vehicles struck by golf balls hit from defendant’s golf course. The vehicles were parked on property immediately adjacent to the golf course. Plaintiff argues that the trial court erred in granting summary judgment to defendant because genuine issues of material fact exist that should be resolved by a jury. ORCP 47 C. We reverse and remand.
