Plaintiff s-appellees, the District Trustees of District No. 21 of Upshur County, Texas (Glenwood Common School District No. 21), filed suit to set aside an order of the County Board of Trustees of Upshur County, Texas, entered September 6, 1955, which order of the Board transferred a number of students from Glenwood Common School District No. 21 of Upshur County, Texas,- to East Mountain Common School District No. 31 of Upshur County, Texas, and sought an injunction to restrain the County Board from attempting to put the order into effect and to restrain the defendants Mrs.…
