— This was an action brought by the Appellants to set aside a sale of certain real estate, upon a foreclosure of mortgage by advertisement. The cause was tried by the Court, and judgment rendered for the Defendants, from which they appeal to this Court.
Two objections are made by the Plaintiffs to this sale. Eirst — that the notice of sale was not published the length of time required by statute; and second — that the land was not sold in separate parcels, or tracts, and is therefore invalid.
