Plaintiff-appellant James Albion brought this action in the United States District Court for the District of Massachusetts against YMCA Camp Letts (“Camp Letts”) to recover for injuries allegedly sustained by him while he was employed by Camp Letts at its location in Edge-water, Maryland. In response, defendant filed a motion to dismiss for lack of personal jurisdiction. On May 6, 1998, the district court issued a Memorandum and Order granting defendant’s motion.
