*595ORDER AND OPINION OF SUPREME COURT OF FLORIDA ADOPTING FLORIDA STANDARD JURY INSTRUCTIONS IN CRIMINAL CASES

This cause is before this Court upon the report of the Supreme Court Committee on Standard Jury Instructions in Criminal Cases, which recommended: (1) revision of the current standard jury instructions; (2) bifurcation of the instructions by giving certain general instructions at the beginning of the trial; (3) approval of instructions and a handbook for grand jurors; (4) establishment of a table of lesser included offenses; and (5) a requirement that felony murder be…
