REINHARDT, Circuit Judge:
Defendant, Johnson and Johnson Consumer Products, Inc. (hereinafter CPI), a subsidiary of Johnson & Johnson, appeals the district court’s decision and order entering judgment for plaintiff, Jennifer Pas-santino (hereinafter Passantino), after a jury awarded her substantial damages.
