Plaintiff brought suit for $150,000.00 actual damages and $150,000.00 punitive damages, alleging unlawful interference with and breach of a mining lease of 88 acres to plaintiff by defendants Traders National Bank (hereinafter called Bank) and Burgner Jones (hereinafter called Jones) as Co-trustees, and Jones individual*72ly.
