STONE, Circuit Judge.
Appeal by defendants from decree in favor of lessee (Gillespie), enjoining lessors from preventing or interfering with drilling for oil and gas on land owned by lessors and covered by an oil and gas lease to Gillespie, dated September 24, 1915, set out in the margin.1 At the time this lease was executed the parties executed a supplemental contract as follows:
