This case is before the Court on Plaintiff Charles Flowers’s objections to the magis*1366trate judge’s report and recommendation [147]. The magistrate judge recommends granting the School District Defendants’1 motion for summary judgment on Flowers’s race-discrimination claims [108], and if supplemental jurisdiction is retained over Flowers’s state-law claims, the magistrate judge recommends granting Defendant Daves Nichols’s motion for summary judgment [110].
