{¶ 1} Respondent, Thomas Arthur McCormack of Cleveland, Ohio, Attorney Registration No. 0015570, was admitted to the practice of law in Ohio in 1979. McCormack served as a magistrate in the Medina County Court of Common Pleas, Domestic Relations Division, until May 2009. On October 11, 2010, relator, disciplinary counsel, charged McCormack with multiple violations of the current and former Code of Judicial Conduct 1 and the Rules of Professional Conduct arising from his conduct as the magistrate presiding over multiple hearings in a postdeeree domestic-relations case.
