Plaintiff-Appellant, Louise Bessler, appeals from a summary judgment entered by the Circuit Court of Peoria County in favor of the DefendantAppellee, The Board of Education of Chartered School District No. 150 of Peoria County. In the plaintiffs Petition for Writ of Mandamus and Complaint for Declaratory Judgment and Injunctive Relief, she sought to compel the defendant to assign her duties as a full-time teacher for the school year 1972-1973.
