*729The plaintiff sues for $10,975.18, the amount of salary .ho would have received had he not been removed from Government service as a civilian engineer in the Navy Department. His employment at the time here in question was at the Puget Sound Naval Shipyard at Bremerton, Washington, as a Senior Electrical Engineer, P-5, at a salary of $6,884 per year.
