DODGE, District Judge.

This petition was filed February 21, 1911. The petitioner seeks to limit its liability as charterer and owner pro hac vice of the lighter Revere. There is only one person mentioned in the petition as asserting any claim against the petitioner based on its control of the Revere. Fenwick W. Thomas is the person so mentioned.
