It is admitted in the pleadings in this case that the plaintiff fire comjiany, appellant herein, through its officers, was conducting an illegal public lottery in its engine house at Main and Astor Streets, Norristown, Montgomery County, Pennsylvania, on the evening of August 17, 1935.
