Plaintiff offered evidence, which was admitted by the court over 31 objections and exceptions by the defendant based upon the ground that the evidence violated the paról evidence rule, to this effect: Plaintiff made a verbal contract with defendant that the maximum cost of the construction of the house would not exceed $46,500.00. They had an oral agreement, when the written contract was signed, that the maximum cost, including the supervisory fee of $4,500.00, was $46,500.00.
