This is a workmen’s compensation suit in which the employer was Peveto Brothers of Sherman, the injured employee was J. L. Riley, appellee,’the Fidelity Union Casualty Company, one of the appellants, was the carrier of compensation insurance, and the Texas Power & Light Company, a corporation, is the other appellant whose negligence, it is alleged, was the proximate cause of appellee’s injuries. For convenience the appellants will be styled, respectively, the Casualty Company and the Power & Light Company.
