This is an appeal from an order of the district court of Ramsey County, Second Judicial District, the Honorable James H. O’Keefe presiding. The district court by order dated July 24, 1973, reversed an order of the county court dated September 15, 1972, the Honorable Ted Weisenburger presiding, which ordered that Mary Lou Kosloski, Dorothy Edin, and Audrey Kron-nenberg, daughters of Edward M. Blank, deceased, be named as his heirs at law and that one-half of the estate of the deceased be set aside for the daughters, each to receive an undivided one-third interest.
