Almand, Justice.
This writ of error brings under review the judgment of the trial court in granting an interlocutory injunc tion and antecedent rulings. It is a suit by owners of common stock in a private corporation to enjoin the. corporation from further processing a proposed amendment to the corporate charter on the ground that prior proceedings by the stockholders had not been in conformance with the corporate charter or the laws of this State.
