This matter is before the court for a judicial determination of defendant’s duration of registration and level of notification pursuant to the Sex Offender Registration Act (SORA) (Correction Law § 168-n [1], [2]), based upon defendant’s conviction of one count of promoting prostitution in the second degree (Penal Law § 230.30 [2]; see Correction Law § 168-a [2]).
