MEMORANDUM OPINION AND ORDER GRANTING THE UNITED STATES TRUSTEE’S MOTION TO CHANGE VENUE OR ALTERNATIVELY TO DISMISS CASE

The Court conducted a hearing on the United States Trustee’s Motion to Change Venue or Alternatively to Dismiss case on January 27, 2005. Fed. R. Banxr.P. 9014. Resolution of this matter is a core proceeding. 28 U.S.C. § 157(b)(2). The Court has reviewed the testimony from the hearing and the record as a whole.
