Appellee has moved this court to dismiss the appeal for want of jurisdiction. The motion is based on appellant’s failure to; secure an allowance of Ms appeal by this court.

Appellant is the trustee in bankruptcy of the Pike County Collieries Company, a bankrupt Appellee is the receiver of said bankrupt under an eariier order of appointment by a state court of Indiana.
