SECTION “R” (3) ORDER AND REASONS Before the Court is plaintiffs’ motion to remand.1 Defendants Evonik Corporation (“Evonik”), Shell Oil Company (“Shell”), and Artis Williams oppose the motion.2 Because the Court finds that the nondiverse defendants were improperly joined, the Court denies plaintiffs’ motion to remand and dismisses plaintiffs’ claims against those defendants.
