I refer the reader to the procedural history of this case as set out in the opinion of the Court of Civil Appeals. Cox v. Cox, 218 So.3d 1215, 1216-17 (Ala.Civ.App.2016).
When the trial court consolidated the separate actions of the mother and the father, they became a single action to which the requirements of Rule 54(b), Ala. *1221R. Civ.
