FRYE, Justice.

Defendant was sentenced to life imprisonment for first degree burglary, ten years imprisonment for felonious larceny, and ten years imprisonment for assault with a deadly weapon inflicting serious injury. The ten year sentences are to run consecutively at the expiration of the sentence of life imprisonment. Defendant appeals his first degree burglary conviction and the resulting life sentence to this Court as a matter of right.
