This is an appeal from a judgment of the district court of Tulsa county. The action was instituted by the Exchange National Bank of Tulsa, Okla., as plaintiff, against Ray Branstetter, as defendant, and in this opinion the parties will be referred to in the same order as they appeared in the trial court.
