This is an appeal from a judgment entered upon a verdict for plaintiff after a motion for a new trial was denied. The jury verdict was for $31,560.00.

Plaintiff, the operator of a service1 station, sued to recover damages for personal injuries and property losses resulting from an explosion and fire at the East Helena Cut Rate Gas Station on January 3, 1966. It was alleged that the defendant Olson, who was employed by defendant Bairs Inc., was negligent in the delivery of gasoline and that this negligence was the proximate cause1 of the damage.
