— On or about December 31, 1926, the claimant shipped a-carload of poultry from Eagle Grove, Iowa, consigned to.the Nevada Poultry Company, Ideated at Nevada, Iowa. On

die 2d 'day- of January, 1927, the Security Saving's Bánk at Eagle Grove, acting for and in be^e claimant, forwarded to the Peoples ■. Savings ’ Bank of Nevada a sight draft .for the amount due for said poultry, drawn by the claimant upon the Nevada Poultry Company, and accompanied by a bill of lading.
