Plaintiff, Automobile Club Insurance Association, appeals from an order of the Wayne Circuit Court which denied its motion for summary disposition and granted defendant’s motion for arbitration. We reverse and remand._

On October 23, 1983, defendant was injured in a collision with an uninsured motorist.
