This is an appeal from a decree of the District Court for the Northern District of Georgia upon an intervention of the appellee, Hosier, filed and allowed in a consolidated cause pending in that court in the nature of a creditor’s bill for the liquidation of the affairs of the appellee, Imbrie & Co., and the distribution of their assets among their creditors, in which the appellees, Theodore G.
