The record in these consolidated causes presents an outrageous state of facts which arouses righteous indignation on the part of this Court, and should, in our opinion, have created a like impression on the trial judges before whom these causes, at different stages of same, were heard in the lower court. That it did, on the part of Judge Henderson, is indicated by his remarks made in connection with his granting a nonsuit to plaintiffs and when he reconsidered his ruling and granted defendant’s motion for a directed verdict.
