Defendant Fred Alcorn d/b/a Alcorn’s Trailer City, appeals from a judgment for plaintiffs Duane L. Compton and Shirley Compton, husband and wife, entered in the district court, Cascade County, for rescission of a retail installment contract to purchase a three bedroom doublewide mobile home for $21,270 ($7,000 down, balance plus interest paid at $182.32 per month).
