DUBINA, Circuit Judge:
We voted to rehear this case en banc to determine whether the holding in Cobb v. Lewis, 488 F.2d 41 (5th Cir.1974), 1 that antitrust claims are non-arbitrable, remains controlling precedent in this circuit in light of intervening decisions of the United States Supreme Court. In 1985, the Supreme Court made clear that antitrust disputes in the international context are arbitrable. See Mitsubishi Motors Corp. v.
