Pavlovski v. Klassing

On December 24, 1907, the plaintiff brought suit against his former wife and her present husband, to recover described tracts of land, making in his original petition substantially, the following allegations: The plaintiff acquired title to part of the land in 1889 and to the rest in 1890. He subsequently conveyed it to his brothers, who, on December 3, 1907, conveyed it back to the plaintiff, who is now the owner in fee and entitled to-its possession, control, and use.
