J. K. Richards sued C. D. Richards, Ralph Richards, Mrs. Charles R. Pierce, Miss Harriett Richards, Mrs. Edna Lee Pinkerton, Mrs. Beulah Jackson, Charles R. Pierce, and Miss Margaret Elizabeth Price — his brothers, sisters, brother-in-law, and niece, respectively.
