The will of John Yockers, Sr., who died April 16, 1897, provided as follows:
First. After the payment of my just debts, funeral expenses, expenses of last illness and of administration, I give, devise and bequeath all of my estate, real and personal, unto my beloved wife, Anna Maria Yockers, for the support of herself during life, and for the maintenance, support and education of our children during their minority.
